The general trade declaration applications varies from shipping methods.

(1) DHL and UPS: The total calculation weight for single order exceed 100kg or the total declared value exceeds 5000 RMB.

(2) FedEx and TNT: The total calculation weight for single order exceed 500kg or the total declared value exceeds 5000 RMB.

(3) Customers requires general trade declarations to apply for export tax rebates.

(4) Customer requires general trade declarations for other purchases.

Documents required for general trade customs declaration: pro forma invoice, packing list, declaration elements, latest version of customs declaration form, and proxy declaration letter of attorney.

What should I do for the goods that meet the above requirements for customs declaration but do not want to declare it (no formal customs declaration qualification)? Please refer the followings.
