Express is door-to-door courier service from China with DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT or Aramex. Most parcels arrive in 2 to 5 working days. We book through our level 1 agent accounts with DHL, UPS and FedEx in Hong Kong.

Goods reach our warehouse
Your supplier delivers to our Shenzhen warehouse. We weigh and measure each carton.

We quote the couriers that serve your address. You choose by price or by speed.

We prepare the invoice and the export papers, hand the parcel to the courier and send you the tracking number.

Questions
Which couriers do you use?
DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT and Aramex. We are a level 1 agent for DHL, UPS and FedEx in Hong Kong.
How do you work out the chargeable weight?
We charge the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Couriers add a surcharge for some remote postcodes.
Can you ship batteries, liquids or powders by express?
Couriers refuse many of those goods. We send them on a special line through Hong Kong.
Can you pay the duty for my customer?
Yes. Ask for DDP. We pay the import duty and tax, and your customer pays nothing at the door.
Is the parcel insured?
We insure every shipment from our warehouse to the destination. If a carrier loses or damages goods, we file the claim and pay you once the insurer validates it, in most cases within 14 days.
