Consolidation means each of your suppliers delivers to our Shenzhen warehouse, and we combine the goods into one outbound shipment. You get one freight bill, one customs filing and one delivery. We charge no receiving fee, and we set no limit on the number of suppliers.

Questions
How many suppliers can deliver to you?
As many as you use. We receive, count and check each delivery on its own, then combine them. We charge no receiving fee.
How long can you hold goods while I wait for the last supplier?
New customers get the first 30 days of storage free. After that, storage costs $0.49 per cubic metre per day. We set no minimum volume and no contract.
Do you check the goods?
Yes. We check each delivery against your order: quantity, labels and packing. For a detailed inspection of each unit, tell us the checks you need and we quote them.
Can you send one part in bulk and the rest as single parcels?
Yes. We ship bulk to one address or single parcels to many addresses. For daily online orders, see our sister company China Fulfillment.
Is the shipment insured?
We insure every shipment from our warehouse to the destination. If a carrier loses or damages goods, we file the claim and pay you once the insurer validates it, in most cases within 14 days.
