A bulk order is one large order from one factory: cartons, pallets or a full container. Your factory delivers to our Shenzhen warehouse. We count and check the goods, then ship them by air freight or sea freight. You can also send part now and hold the rest.

Questions
What is the smallest bulk shipment?
Air freight starts at 21 kg. A shared container starts at 1 cubic metre.
Can you send the order in parts?
Yes. We hold the stock in our warehouse and ship each batch when you ask. New customers get the first 30 days of storage free. After that, storage costs $0.49 per cubic metre per day. We set no minimum volume and no contract.
Do you check the goods before they ship?
Yes. We count each delivery and check it against your order. For a detailed inspection of each unit, tell us the checks you need and we quote them.
Which is cheaper, air or sea?
Sea costs less per kilogram and takes longer. Air takes 5 to 10 days. Send the carton list and we quote both.
Is the cargo insured?
We insure every shipment from our warehouse to the destination. If a carrier loses or damages goods, we file the claim and pay you once the insurer validates it, in most cases within 14 days.
