Express shipping
Door-to-door courier from China with DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT or Aramex in 2 to 5 working days.
02Special lines
Shared door-to-door routes to the US, the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia in 7 to 12 days. Sensitive goods accepted.
03Postal packets
The lowest-cost way to send a parcel under 2 kg from China, by ePacket, China Post, Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post.
04Air freight
Bulk air cargo of 21 kg or more from Shenzhen, airport to door in 5 to 10 days. We clear customs at both ends.
05Sea freight
Shared containers from 1 cubic metre and full containers from Yantian and Shekou, the two container ports in Shenzhen.
In our warehouse
We receive, check, store and pack before anything ships.
Bulk orders
One large order from one factory: we receive it, check it, build pallets and ship it by air freight or sea freight.
02Consolidation
Your suppliers deliver to our Shenzhen warehouse. We combine the goods into one shipment with one freight bill and one customs filing.
03Storage and warehousing
Storage in our Shenzhen warehouse at $0.49 per cubic metre per day, with the first 30 days free for new customers.
04China address
Use our Shenzhen warehouse as your delivery address for Chinese factories and marketplaces. We log each parcel, hold it and ship when you say.
05Bonded warehouse
Bonded storage in Shenzhen holds goods under customs control before export or re-export.
Customs and duty
We prepare the papers. On DDP we also pay the duty.
