About FedEx

FedEx is a courier from the United States, based in Memphis. On most routes from China it offers a priority service and a slower economy service. We book it on our Hong Kong account, so our customers know this service as HKFedEx.

When to use FedEx

Use FedEx for shipments to North America, and choose the economy service when the order can wait a few more days.

We book FedEx as part of our express shipping service. Door-to-door courier from China with DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT or Aramex in 2 to 5 working days.

Weight and price

The price uses the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Work it out with the volume weight calculator before you ask for a price.

Tracking

A FedEx tracking number has 12 digits. See how to track a package from China.

Questions

How long does FedEx take from China?

Most FedEx parcels arrive in 2 to 5 working days. A customs check or a remote address can add days.

How does FedEx work out the price?

FedEx charges for the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. The country and the fuel surcharge set the rate for each kilogram.

Can you ship with FedEx and pay the duty for my customer?

Yes. Ask for DDP when you request the quote. We add the duty and the tax to the price, and the receiver pays nothing at the door.

Do I need my own FedEx account?

No. We book the shipment on our account and send you the tracking number.
