Special line shipping from China
A special line is a shared door-to-door route to one region. We run lines to the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, with departures each week. Delivery takes 7 to 12 days and costs less than express. Special lines also carry sensitive goods that couriers refuse.

Send the product, the weight and the destination. We confirm the line and any papers the goods need, such as a safety data sheet for batteries.

Questions
How is a special line different from express?
Express uses one courier from door to door and takes 2 to 5 working days. A special line shares a flight to one region, then a local carrier delivers. It takes 7 to 12 days and costs less.
Which sensitive goods can you ship?
Products with built-in batteries, liquids up to 500 ml, non-white powders, food, supplements, cosmetics, PPE and medical supplies. They go through Hong Kong with the papers the airline needs.
Which goods do you refuse?
Loose batteries, flammable liquids, white powders, tobacco, weapons and narcotics.
Do special lines include duty?
They can. Ask for DDP and we pay the import duty and tax in the destination country.
Is the parcel insured?
We insure every shipment from our warehouse to the destination. If a carrier loses or damages goods, we file the claim and pay you once the insurer validates it, in most cases within 14 days.
