How long does TNT take from China?
Most TNT parcels arrive in 2 to 5 working days. A customs check or a remote address can add days.
How does TNT work out the price?
TNT charges for the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. The country and the fuel surcharge set the rate for each kilogram.
Can you ship with TNT and pay the duty for my customer?
Yes. Ask for DDP when you request the quote. We add the duty and the tax to the price, and the receiver pays nothing at the door.
Do I need my own TNT account?
No. We book the shipment on our account and send you the tracking number.
