Weight and price
The price uses the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Work it out with the volume weight calculator before you ask for a price.
Tracking
Track the shipment on the Aramex website with the number we send you. See how to track a package from China.
Questions
How long does Aramex take from China?
Most Aramex parcels arrive in 2 to 5 working days. A customs check or a remote address can add days.
How does Aramex work out the price?
Aramex charges for the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. The country and the fuel surcharge set the rate for each kilogram.
Can you ship with Aramex and pay the duty for my customer?
Yes. Ask for DDP when you request the quote. We add the duty and the tax to the price, and the receiver pays nothing at the door.
Do I need my own Aramex account?
No. We book the shipment on our account and send you the tracking number.
