Weight and price
The post charges by the actual weight in grams. A small packet can weigh up to 2 kg, and the length, width and height together must not exceed 90 cm. See the small packet guide for the size rules.
Tracking
A postal tracking number has 13 characters: two letters, nine digits and a two-letter country code. A DHL Mail number ends with DE. A number that starts with R is registered and is tracked to delivery. See how to track a package from China.
