The remote surcharge is a common surcharge for international express shipping. In order to provide customers with the most convenient and efficient services (including services to remote areas), international express companies such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx will add remote surcharges when the recipient address belongs to a remote area.

1. Search by zip code: Find the country on the corresponding remote list according to the country on the recipient's address. Shipping from China to Philippines The Other surcharges

(1) Changing address handling fee

The changing address handing fee will charged if the sender asks to deliver to another address within the county at 100CNY/piece (no fuel surcharge added). The applies to the following circumstances.

1. The package failed to be delivered because of the wrong or incomplete shipping address.

2. The recipient had moved to a mew address, or left the registered hotel.

3. The company refused to sign the package for the recipient already resigned from this company.


(2) Customs prepaid handling fee

Shipper's prepaid customs duties (DDP) and the handling fee for customs duties paid by third-party accounts are adjusted to 150RMB/order.


(3) Over-weight or over-dimension surcharge

If the single order weight exceed 70kg (do not include 70kg), or the length/width/height exceed 120cm, DHL will charge the over-weight or over-dimension surcharge at 810CNY per piece plus fuel surcharge.


(4) Special handling fee

In the following cases, a special handling fee of 1250RMB/order will be charged, plus the fuel surcharge of the month

1: Except for the special instructions of the shipper, the stickers/texts on the outer box indicate that the goods cannot be stacked ("Do not stack", "Do not stack / No Stack")

2: The outer package (or bare package, etc.) cannot withstand stacking of other goods, shapes or items on a pallet that prevent the safe stacking of a second pallet or other non-pallet shipments.


(5) Remote surcharge: 4.2CNY/KG, minimum charge of CNYRMB, plus fuel surcharge for the month


(6) Surcharge for high-risk areas: (applicable to documents + parcels) Charge standard: 185CNY/order, plus fuel surcharge for the month, (list of countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen)


(7) Restricted destination surcharge: (only applicable to parcels, documents do not need to be charged) Charge standard: 280 CNY/order, (list of countries: Central African Republic, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq , North Korea, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen)

⒈The packaging of the goods must be firm, intact and light, and can prevent the packaging from breaking, leakage and loss of the contents during transportation.

*It's recommended to fill the fragile items with essential filling materials to avoid damage.

4) Place a layer of waterproof supplies (such as plastic bags, cloth, etc.) in the carton if possible.

*Place the light and heavy items in a reasonable combination for easy handling.

* The box should be filled with filing materials such as paper, paper towels, small clothes, etc., to prevent the items in the box from being damaged by flipping and colliding with each other during the moving process.

*Liquid cargo. There must be a 5-10% gap inside the container, and the lid must be flat and tight; no spillage.
