The shortage of quantity is compensated according to the percentage of the QTY with max amount not exceeding 100USD.

b) Package lost caused by the random inspection of customs

When the parcel passes through the customs, the customs opens the parcel for inspection, which may result in the loss of the parcel, the loss of the contents (in whole or in part) of the parcel, or the seizure by the customs. PFC Express does not bear any responsibilities for any issues caused by this reason.
