Shipping from China to Italy The Charging method

1. Charging weight unit:

Generally, goods below 21Kg are charged as small cargo, each 0.5KG (0.5kg) is a chargeable weight unit, and if it is less than 0.5KG, it is calculated as 0.5KG;

Goods of 21Kg and above are billed as bulk cargo, each 1.0KG (1 kg) is a chargeable weight unit, and if it is less than 1.0KG, it is calculated as 1.0KG.


2. First weight and continued weight:

Generally, the first 0.5KG is the first weight (or lifting), and each additional 0.5KG is a continuation weight. Usually the cost of the first weight (lifting) is higher than that of the additional weight.


3. Actual weight and volume:

Actual weight refers to the actual total weight of a batch of items that need to be transported, including packaging.

Volume weight, when the volume of the item to be delivered is large but the actual weight is light, due to the limitation of the carrying capacity of the means of transport (airplane, train, ship, automobile, etc.) and the volume of the goods that can be loaded, it is necessary to measure the volume of the item and convert it into weight The method is used to calculate the weight of freight, called volume weight or volume.

1. Please create order in advance at the PFC system, attach the invoice (3 sheets) and shipping label (1 sheet) when handing over the products to our warehouse.

3. Fill in the order information correctly in English. Pls declare with detailed product name, and avoid using words such as Gift and Sample;

Shipping from China to Italy The Insurance and claims

1. The insurance and claims is carried out according to the “Insurance policy” of PFC Express which clarified the terms for covered packages.

2. The claims for uninsured packages are as follows:

a) For packages with missing accessories, short of quantities or item broken

If the parcel received by the recipient does not match the weight, quantity and number of pieces, or the parcel is damaged, please report the loss or damage to local DHL agencies within 24 hours after the recipient receives the parcel. Please provide the business days. We will help you forward this number to DHL for further investigation. The compensation may include refunded shipping fee, or the compensation for the declared value with max amount not exceeding 100USD if verified by DHL as package lost while the actual amount claimed is based on DHL policies. The shortage of quantity is compensated according to the percentage of the QTY with max amount not exceeding 100USD.

b) Package lost caused by the random inspection of customs

When the parcel passes through the customs, the customs opens the parcel for inspection, which may result in the loss of the parcel, the loss of the contents (in whole or in part) of the parcel, or the seizure by the customs. PFC Express does not bear any responsibilities for any issues caused by this reason.
