Shipping from China to India The About compensations

1. Please pack the fragile items by yourself, and we do not bear any responsibility for shipping the fragile items. The compensation will be based on the declared value, commercial invoice, the lost or broken items with max amount not exceed 100USD if the packages are confirmed as lost by the carriers. We do not bear any responsibility for the related package loss of the lost or broken package. Insurance service is available before shipping if the customers want to purchase insurance.

2. After the event of loss or damage, any value of goods provided by the consignor that is different from the declared value stated on the original commercial invoice (or proforma invoice) with the goods will not be recognized.

3. Please report to our company and issue a written claim letter within 10 days from the date of the incident, otherwise it will not be accepted. At the same time, we are not responsible for all responsibilities and expenses caused by international express shipments due to flight delays or flight class issues.

Shipping from China to India The Insurance and claims

1. The insurance and claims is carried out according to the “Insurance policy” of PFC Express which clarified the terms for covered packages.

2. The claims for uninsured packages are as follows:

a) For packages with missing accessories, short of quantities or item broken

If the parcel received by the recipient does not match the weight, quantity and number of pieces, or the parcel is damaged, please report the loss or damage to local DHL agencies within 24 hours after the recipient receives the parcel. Please provide the business days. We will help you forward this number to DHL for further investigation. The compensation may include refunded shipping fee, or the compensation for the declared value with max amount not exceeding 100USD if verified by DHL as package lost while the actual amount claimed is based on DHL policies. The shortage of quantity is compensated according to the percentage of the QTY with max amount not exceeding 100USD.

b) Package lost caused by the random inspection of customs

When the parcel passes through the customs, the customs opens the parcel for inspection, which may result in the loss of the parcel, the loss of the contents (in whole or in part) of the parcel, or the seizure by the customs. PFC Express does not bear any responsibilities for any issues caused by this reason.

(4) Perishable items, such as fresh fish, fresh meat, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, etc., but processed, dried or made into canned food, are not subject to this limitation (unless otherwise stipulated by the destination country).

(5) Items that impede public health, such as skeletons (excluding ashes with evidence of incineration), untreated animal skins, untreated animal bones, etc.

(6) Reactionary newspapers, books, publicity materials and obscene or indecent items.

(7) All kinds of live animals (except bees, leeches, silkworms, parasites that are tightly packaged and certified by medical and health scientific research institutions, and insects that are used as medicines or used to kill pests, are not limited to this.

(8) Documents, currencies of various countries, traveler's checks, bearer bills, platinum, gold, silver and their finished products, jewelry, gemstones and other valuables are prohibited from being sent in the package.

(9) The scope of the prohibition and restriction of international parcels, in addition to the above provisions, should also refer to the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the supervision of import and export of postal items and the provisions of national laws and regulations on prohibited and restricted postal items in my country, and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. Shipping from China to India The Return explanations

(2) FedEx and TNT: The total calculation weight for single order exceed 500kg or the total declared value exceeds 5000 RMB.

(3) Customers requires general trade declarations to apply for export tax rebates.

(4) Customer requires general trade declarations for other purchases.

Documents required for general trade customs declaration: pro forma invoice, packing list, declaration elements, latest version of customs declaration form, and proxy declaration letter of attorney.

What should I do for the goods that meet the above requirements for customs declaration but do not want to declare it (no formal customs declaration qualification)? Please refer the followings.

1.For customers who have packages which meet the weight requirement of the general trade declaration and cannot be shipped via splited cartons, but do not have import and export qualifications, we can help them deal with customs clearance as an agent, and thus the customer only need to purchase declaration documentation.

2. For goods with a value of more than 5,000 RMB, it can be appropriately under-declared according to the actual situation, shipped as samples, so as to achieve reasonable tax avoidance without formal customs declaration.
