1. Please create order in advance at the PFC system, attach the invoice (3 sheets) and shipping label (1 sheet) when handing over the products to our warehouse.

2. It’s recommend to place fragile item reminders if the products are fragile itself, but do not attach any irrelevant stickers or tags;

3. Fill in the order information correctly in English. Pls declare with detailed product name, and avoid using words such as Gift and Sample;

4. Order information can be uploaded in batches using Excel, or synced through API.

If you are located at any areas or the package you are going to send didn’t meet the weight standards, pls hand over the packages to us via domestic shipping methods. Please contact your account manager to check if driver pickup is supported or not.


4. Topup account balance

The warehouse will process your order after received the package within 1 business day. The total bill will come out at the second day, and you can top up after the bill is presented or topup in advance as you like.


5. Deliver the package

The package will be transported to the next facility once all the fees are deducted.

You can track your parcel directly in our system or track at the carrier’s website.


6. Special reminders

1. The calculation weight of international shipping is based on the actual weight or dimensional weight whichever is larger.

2. The dimensional weight for express shipping is usually length(cm)*width(cm)*height(cm)/5000.

3. If the weight for one package is less than 0.5 kg, it will be charged as 0.5 kg;

4. Packages under 21KG will be charged as small cargo which are charged by the first weight and additional weight, and added by each 0.5KG. Packages above 21kg are considered as large cargo and will be charged by the unit shipping price.
