Shipping from China to Chile The Return explanations

If the recipient is unable to sign the package, or the package failed to be hand over to destination customs, or no response is provided within the limited processing time, the package would be returned to the sender/ returned from destination country to Hong Kong or Shenzhen depending on the shipping method. A) When the actual weight of the item is greater than the volume, the calculation method of the freight is as follows:

The first weight freight + (weight (kg) × 2 - 1) × the additional weight freight
