About USPS

USPS is the national post of the United States. It delivers to every address in the country, including PO boxes.

When to use USPS

USPS does not collect parcels in China. A postal packet or a special line carries the goods to the United States, and USPS makes the delivery. Use this route for light orders to home addresses.

We book USPS as part of our special lines service.

How it works

01
Your goods arrive at our Shenzhen warehouse. We count them and check them against your order.
02
We pack the shipment and book the route. You get one tracking number.
03
The goods travel to the destination country and clear customs. USPS delivers them to the door.

Weight and price

The price uses the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Work it out with the volume weight calculator before you ask for a price.

Tracking

The route gives you one tracking number. After the parcel lands in the United States, the same number works on the USPS website. See how to track a package from China.

Questions

Can I book USPS directly from China?

No. USPS does not collect parcels in China. A postal service or a special line carries the goods to the United States, and USPS delivers them.

Do parcels to the United States pay duty?

Yes. The United States ended the duty-free limit for low-value parcels in 2025. Each parcel now needs a customs entry, and duty applies.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

Yes, on routes where USPS makes the delivery. Most couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
