About La Poste
La Poste is the national post of France. Colissimo is its parcel service.
When to use La Poste
La Poste does not collect parcels in China. Our route carries the goods to France and clears customs there, and La Poste makes the delivery. Use this route for orders that can wait a few more days and must cost less than express.
We book La Poste as part of our special lines service.
How it works
- 01
Your goods arrive at our Shenzhen warehouse. We count them and check them against your order.
- 02
We pack the shipment and book the route. You get one tracking number.
- 03
The goods travel to the destination country and clear customs. La Poste delivers them to the door.
Weight and price
The price uses the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Work it out with the volume weight calculator before you ask for a price.
Tracking
The route gives you one tracking number. After the goods arrive in France, you can follow the delivery on the La Poste website. See how to track a package from China.
