About GOFO Express
GOFO Express is a parcel delivery carrier. We use it for home delivery in France and in Canada.
When to use GOFO Express
GOFO Express does not collect parcels in China. Our route carries the goods to France and Canada and clears customs there, and GOFO Express makes the delivery. Use this route for orders that can wait a few more days and must cost less than express.
We book GOFO Express as part of our special lines service.
How it works
- 01
Your goods arrive at our Shenzhen warehouse. We count them and check them against your order.
- 02
We pack the shipment and book the route. You get one tracking number.
- 03
The goods travel to the destination country and clear customs. GOFO Express delivers them to the door.
Weight and price
The price uses the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Work it out with the volume weight calculator before you ask for a price.
Tracking
The route gives you one tracking number. After the goods arrive in France and Canada, you can follow the delivery on the GOFO Express website. See how to track a package from China.
