About Evri

Evri is a parcel delivery company in the United Kingdom. It used the name Hermes until 2022.

When to use Evri

Evri does not collect parcels in China. Our route carries the goods to the United Kingdom and clears customs there, and Evri makes the delivery. Use this route for orders that can wait a few more days and must cost less than express.

We book Evri as part of our special lines service.

How it works

01
Your goods arrive at our Shenzhen warehouse. We count them and check them against your order.
02
We pack the shipment and book the route. You get one tracking number.
03
The goods travel to the destination country and clear customs. Evri delivers them to the door.

Weight and price

The price uses the greater of the actual weight and the volume weight. Volume weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Work it out with the volume weight calculator before you ask for a price.

Tracking

The route gives you one tracking number. After the goods arrive in the United Kingdom, you can follow the delivery on the Evri website. See how to track a package from China.
