When to use Singapore Post
Use Singapore Post for light parcels to Southeast Asia, and as a second route to other regions.
We book Singapore Post as part of our postal packets service. The lowest-cost way to send a parcel under 2 kg from China, by ePacket, China Post, Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post.
How it works
- 01
Your goods arrive at our Shenzhen warehouse. We count them and check them against your order.
- 02
We weigh, measure and pack the shipment, and we prepare the export papers.
- 03
We book Singapore Post on our account and send you the tracking number.
Weight and price
The post charges by the actual weight in grams. A small packet can weigh up to 2 kg, and the length, width and height together must not exceed 90 cm. See the small packet guide for the size rules.
Tracking
A postal tracking number has 13 characters: two letters, nine digits and a two-letter country code. A Singapore Post number ends with SG. A number that starts with R is registered and is tracked to delivery. See how to track a package from China.
