Creating A Mailing Address

Its easy to get started with our mailing address service!

Begin by creating a FREE customer account with us, once you have completed this step, go to your back office and select the Virtual Address option and we will supply you with a unique address for shipping your items to in China.

STEP 1 - YOU SIGN UP TO GET A PARCEL-FROM-CHINA ADDRESS

Follow the simple steps to sign up with parcel-from-china and receive your personal China forwarding address. After you create your account, you will receive your new address.

STEP 2 - YOU ORDER YOUR GOODS

Go to your favourite Chinese shops like Taobao and JD.COM and order your goods using your parcel-from-china address as the delivery address.

STEP 3 - WE RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL

Upon receiving your parcel we may elect to check its contents to ensure it can be safely and legally shipped to your forwarding address. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you only send items that may be legally and safely imported to your country of residence. We will then send you an e-mail informing you of its arrival.

STEP 4 - WE SHIP YOUR PARCEL

You can login to your account and select your preferred courier and pay for the shipping. You can pay with a credit card, PayPal or bank transfer account. If you make payment before 11:00am Beijing time on a work day then we will typically ship the next day.

STEP 5 - YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES AT YOUR DOORSTEP

Depending on the courier you select you can expect to receive delivery of your parcel within 5 to 15 working days of the date of dispatch from our warehouse. This can vary depending on local customs processes which are outside our control. Customs duties may be payable depending upon the destination country and are your responsibility. You may need to sign for your goods when they arrive.
