According to Russian Vedomosti business newspaper reported that Russia will post for the Russian federation's all citizens to establish public email service system. Russia postal announced that the project during the 2013-2015 budget allocation for 31.1 billion roubles (about 6.4 billion yuan).
According to the draft, every Russian citizens will be through their own E-mail system, and the various government agencies to maintain contact and communication.
