From 30th Oct.2012, some of express service fuel surcharge will be adjustment as below:
 
1）HKDHL fuel surcharge adjust to 24.5% with effective from 30th Oct.2012
2）HKUPS fuel surcharge adjust to 21.5% with effective from 1st Nov.2012
3）FEDEX fuel surcharge adjust to 18.5% with effective from 4th Nov.2012
