Orders Received
There are a couple of options available to you regarding how we receive your orders for processing.
The preferred option for many of our customers is to allow API integration of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the selling platforms they are using i.e. Shopify, Amazon, Magento, Woocommerce etc. This method ensures all orders received are immediately process and prepared for dispatch.
We can also receive in CSV file format by email or by uploading to the WMS for processing. Orders can also be created manually in our system.
Picking Orders
We are very proud of our near perfect picking accuracy rate. We use barcode technology to pick orders and our team receive extensive training and orders are always double checked before shipping.
Packaging
We stock a wide selection of packaging materials including a variety of boxes, padded envelopes bubble wrap and corner protectors. Our team has lots of experience ensuring all goods despatched are suitably packaged, correctly branded with your company information and any additional marketing materials / inserts are included.
You are also welcome to supply your own packaging or we can help you to have your own brand packaging manufactured in China to your specifications.
Bulk Orders
Some of our customers are involved in retail distribution of their goods and Amazon FBA selling. We are experienced in the packing of mixed bulk orders.
Our warehouse team are skilled in fulfilling shipments to Amazon FBA Centers and using their knowledge and experience can provide you with the most cost-effective and simple means of distribution.
When a customer requires multiple different items (SKU’s) for shipping together, we are able to collate these orders easily and accurately and advise the most efficient means of shipping to whichever destination country.
Same Day Service
Prompt order picking and dispatch are essential in ecommerce. We can pick, pack and ship all orders you receive by 4pm(Hong Kong Time) the same day for worldwide delivery by the shipping channel of your choice.
Business Peaks
