Things to keep in mind

1. The new dropshipping page is specially designed for packages handed over by domestic express companies. Thus domestic tracking numbers are required before creating orders.

2. If your packages are handed over to us via driver pickup, self-delivery or any other methods which do not need tracking numbers, please manage your orders in [Order Manage] page.


1. Register account

1. Go to our website https://www.parcelfromchina.com/

2. Click [Register Now] on the top-right;

3. In the newly opened register page, enter your register info (column marked with* are required);

4. Check [I agree to the terms of service] (you can click terms for details);

5. Click [Register].

When registration completed, our system would generate a customer ID and send it to your registration email address. Both of your customer ID and registration email address can be used for User name to login our system.

2. Login account

1. Go to our website https://www.parcelfromchina.com/

2. Click [Customer login] on the top-right;

3. Enter your user name and password;

4. Click [Login].

When login succeeded, you will be lead to User Center page.

3. Create sender address

The address of PFC express would be used by default, and you can also customize your own sender address. This address would be displayed on shipping label.

1. Click into [Order Manage] > [Address] > [Sender address];

2. Click [Create Sender Info] on the top-right;

3. Enter your address info;

4. Select as default as needed;

5. Click [Submit].


4. Create dropshipping orders

4.1 Dropshipping overview

4.1.1 Outbound order

It’s a concept based the place of supplier. If your suppliers are from China, and your order destinations are abroad, then the related orders are considered as outbound orders.

4.1.2 Dropshipping order

If you would like us to help you deliver orders to your buyers around the woulrd, you need to hand over your products to our processing center firstly. There are three ways to do this.

  • Driver pick up - You create pick up request in our system to notify our drivers to pick up products for free either from you or your suppliers. This is only available when your products are located in Shenzhen within our pick up range, and the total package weight have meet our requirement. If you’re interested, please send us your detailed address in Chinese and total package weight, we will check the eligibility for you soon.
  • Self-delivery - You take the products to our processing center by yourself.
  • Dropshipping - You or your suppliers send products directly with domestic shipping method to our processing center. Broadly speaking, whether you or your supplier send the products, as long as you provide domestic shipping method and tracking numbers in your outbound orders, these orders could be considered as dropshipping orders in our system. Thus the concept of dropshipping in our system is kind of different from that of shopping platforms.

4.2 Create dropshipping orders manually

4.2.1 Create single order

Creating single order is a shortcut for creating a domestic shipment and a single dropshipping order at the same page. It only applies when one package is to be sent by one order.

1. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Create single order];

2. Under the Create Order tab, select sender address (PFC address would be used by default);

3. Enter domestic tracking# and dropshipping remark (can only enter one tracking number);

4. Enter recipient address info (detailed address column would be expanded when you have selected destination country and channel);

5. Enter customs clearance info (if one order contains multiple SKUs, click [Add] above to add define additional SKUs);

6. When all info are entered, click [Submit].

When action succeeded, one domestic shipment record would be created in [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Domestic shipment list], while a linked dropshipping order would be created in [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Dropshipping order list] > [Draft] at the same time. If order info is correct, you can go to the next step of confirming orders.

4.2.2 Create domestic shipment

If you would like to split one package into multiple orders, or combine multiple packages into one order, you need to create domestic shipments firstly before being able to creating orders.

1. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Create domestic shipment];

2. Enter express comany;

3. Enter domestic tracking# (if the tracking# is already classified into [Unmarked shipment list], system will remind you to go to that page to mark it as yours);

4. Enter product quantity (this is the total quantity for all the products inside this shipment);

5. Enter dropshipping remark;

6. Click [Submit].

When action succeeded, you can go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Domestic shipment list] to view records. The shipment would be displayed in [Receipt pending] by default, and will be moved into [Receipt confirmed] status after our dropshipping center has confirmed delivery at the backend.

4.2.3 Mark domestic shipments as mine

Unmarked shipment list is a classification of domestic shipments which are confirmed receipt by our dropshipping center without customer ID matched. We cannot identity these shipments because customers forgot the create domestic shipments before package arrival and didn't mark their customer IDs on the shipping labels. If your domestic shipment is already grouped into unmarked shipment, please mark it as yours following the steps below before creating dropshipping orders.

Please note this page is only open to verified customers. If you haven't done that, please contact your account manager to verify your account firstly.

1. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Unmarked shipment list];

2. Enter your own domestic tracking#;

3. Click [Search];

4. To the right of the desired tracking#, click [Mark as mine], or;

5. Select multiple tracking#, and click [Mark as mine] on the top-right;

6. Enter the actual product quantity for each shipment;

7. Click [OK].

When action succeeded, you can go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Domestic shipment list] > [Receipt confirmed] to view your shipment. The marked shipment would be highlighted with a red color.

If you have marked a shipment by mistake, please click [Not mine] to the right of the specific shipment to move it back to [Unmarked shipment list].

4.2.4 Create splited orders

1. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Domestic shipment list], select one tracking number and then click [Splited order] on the top-right;

2. In the pop-up window, enter the stockout quantity and dropshipping remark, then click [OK], or;

3. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Create dropshipping order], select [Splited order] from the drop-down menu;

4. Click [Select tracking number];

5. In the pop-up window, enter your domestic tracking#, and then click [Search];

6. Select your tracking# on the left, enter the stockout quantity and dropshipping remark on the right, and then click [Submit];

7. Select sender address (PFC address would be used by default);

8. Enter recipient address info (detailed address column would be expanded when you have selected destination country and channel);

9. Enter customs clearance info (if one order contains multiple SKUs, click [Add] above to add define additional SKUs);

10. When all info are entered, click [Submit].

When action succeeded, you can go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Dropshipping order list] > [Draft] to veiw records.

4.2.5 Create combined orders

1. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Domestic shipment list], select multiple tracking numbers and then click [Combined order] on the top-right;

2. In the pop-up window, enter the stockout quantity and dropshipping remark, then click [OK], or;

3. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Create dropshipping order], select [Splited order] from the drop-down menu;

4. Click [Select tracking number];

5. In the pop-up window, select multiple tracking numbers, and then click [Select] on the top;

6. Enter the stockout quantity and dropshipping remark on the right for each shipments, and then click [Submit];

7. Select sender address (PFC address would be used by default);

8. Enter recipient address info (detailed address column would be expanded when you have selected destination country and channel);

9. Enter customs clearance info (if one order contains multiple SKUs, click [Add] above to add define additional SKUs);

10. When all info are entered, click [Submit].

When action succeeded, you can go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Dropshipping order list] > [Draft] to veiw records.


4.3 Upload multiple dropshipping orders

1. Go to [Dropshipping] > [Dropshipping service] > [Create dropshipping order];

2. Click the Batch Upload tab;

3. Download Standard Template or PayPal English Template (here we demonstrate Standard Template);

4. Open the downloaded template, and enter your info within specified columns (yellow highlighted columns are required, while [Express Company] and [Express Number] are also required for drop shipping orders);

5. Save as new file when all info entered;

6. Back to our system, and select the related template type, then click [Upload];

7. Select the file you just saved, and click [Open];

8. Click [Upload];

9. System would match file info and return success if no error exist;

10. Click [Submit].

When submission succeeded, one outbound order would be generated under [Draft] status where you can still edit your order info as needed. If order info is correct, you can go to the next step of confirming orders.



5. Confirm dropshipping orders

You can now confirm your orders if you confirm all info are correct.

1. Go to [Dropshipping] >[Dropshipping service]>[Dropshipping order list];

2. Under [Draft] status, check the desired orders;

3. Click [Submit].

When confirmation succeeded, related orders would be moved to [Confirmed] status. Our drop shipping processing center would start handling your orders when confirming received all your products with matched domestic shipping methods and tracking numbers.

After package repacked (when necessary) and ready to post, your orders would be moved to [Shipment] status if fee deduction succeeded with enough account balance.

Orders would be moved to [Pending] status and hold at our center if fee deduction failed. Please top up your account balance.

When fee deduction succeeded and ship scan completed, your orders would be moved to [Shipped] status. At this time, they have already left our center and are heading to the next station.
