Whether you can cancel an order depends on the order type and status. Below we demonstrates the steps to cancel drop shipping and warehouse fulfillment orders.

1. Cancel drop shipping order

If your order is still in [Confirmed] status, and your supplier still did not ship out your product, you can cancel your order following the steps:

1. Go to [Order Manage] > [Order Manage] > [Order List] > [Confirmed];

2. Check the desired order(s) you would like to cancel;

3. Click [Submit] on the middle function bar.

When operation completed, the related order(s) would be moved back to [Draft] status where you can edit your order information.

Note: if your order is already in [Pending], [Shipment] or latter status, please contact your account manager to check firstly if the order can be cancelled or not.

2. Cancel warehouse fulfillment order

If your order is still in [Confirmed] status, you can cancel your order following the steps:

1. Go to [Fulfillment] > [Order Manage] > [Fulfillment Order List] > [Confirmed];

2. Check the desired order(s) you would like to cancel;

3. Click [Submit] on the middle function bar.

When operation completed, the related order(s) would be moved back to [Draft] status where you can edit your order information.

Note: if your order is already in [Processing] or latter status, please contact your account manager to check firstly if the order can be cancelled or not.
