We have integrated with Amazon API which enables you to sync FBM orders into our system in bulk.

1. Authorize Amazon developer ID
Please authorize your Amazon developer ID following the steps:
1. Login your Amazon seller center;
2. Go to [Settings] > [User Permissions] at the top-right;
3. Under Amazon MWS Developer Permissions section, click [Register as a Developer];
4. In the newly opened register page, fill in your info to register your own developer ID;
5. Go back to User Permissions page when registration succeeded, and click [Authorise a Developer] at the same section;
6. Enter your developer nickname and ID, and click [Next];
7. Make sure all the checkbox are selected, and click [Next].
A congratulation note would be displayed with your account info attached below the page if authorizatin completed. Please remember the account info which will be used in step 3.
2. Define Amazon FBM shipping details
If you are using Fulfillment by Merchant, that's FBM, to ship your products, then you need to define your FBM shipping details before publishing listings in Amazon. No matter how you setup your shipping details in Amazon, please remember the shipping services which will be used for the shipping matching rules at the next step.

3. Setup API integration in PFC system
1. Login PFC system;
2. Go to [Order Manage] > [Order Manage] > [Store-API], or;
3. Go to [Fulfillment] > [Order Manage] > [Store-API];
4. In the default [API Key] tab, Click [Generate] if this is your first time to setup API integration in our system;
5. Click [Save] in the pop-up window (one API key would be displayed to the right of your customer ID);
6. Switch to the [Amazon] tab, and click [Add];
7. In the pop-up window, enter your Amazon account info acquired in step 1 (the column marked with * is required);
8. Select [Enabled] from the drop-down menu;
9. In the [Transport] section, define your shipping matching rule by clicking [Add];
9.1 Copy your Amazon shipping service to the first [Channel] column;
9.2 Select the designated PFC shipping method at the second [PFC Channel] column;
9.3 Repeat above two steps until you have added rules for all your destination countries;
10. Define default declared value and weight when necessary;
11. Select your warehouse if you are using warehouse fulfillment service to ship your Amazon FBM orders;
12. Click [Save] after completed.
4. Acquire orders in bulk in PFC system
When you have completed the above settings, and have orders to ship in Amazon, you can now acquire orders following the steps:
1. Login PFC system;
2. Go to [Order Manage] > [Order Manage] > [Store-API], or;
3. Go to [Fulfillment] > [Order Manage] > [Store-API];
4. To the right of your Amazon store, click [Acquire Oder];
5. In the pop-up window, select your time frame;
6. Select a Amazon site;
7. Click [Acquire Order].
System would process your acquire request and return note when acquiring completed. If the note indicates success, you can then go to [Order Manage] > [Order Manage] > [Order List] > [Draft] to view your drop shipping orders, or go to [Fulfillment] > [Order Manage] > [Fulfillment Order List] > [Draft] to view your warehouse fulfillment orders.
